Amazing place with its free parking, 24-hour reception, and fast wi-fi. The staff guided me on evening plans during my first stay, and the night receptionist was very helpful too. Highly recommend for a smooth stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Friendly multilingual staff made check-in easy.

The experience was marred by low cold-water pressure at the sink faucet, which we reported to reception but remained unresolved during our two-night stay. There was an unpleasant smell from the drains. It's disappointing when basic amenities like water pressure and cleanliness are overlooked.

Well, I was almost impressed by the location, and the clean room was adorable, but then I encountered the smelly drains and disappointing breakfast options. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess they save those for special guests. Just couldn't give them a good review, what a pity!

The room was impeccably clean. Parking was very convenient. The nearby parks were a good bonus, perfect for leisurely strolls. The staff was friendly, quickly assisting us with local recommendations.
